Cancellation Policy

The Booking policy - Allows clients to cancel their own bookings online up to 12 hours before the start time. - Allows clients to reschedule their own bookings online and can reschedule up to 12 hours before the start time. - Limits early bookings, the earliest clients can book is 1 week before the start time. - Limits late bookings, the latest clients can book is 3 hours before the start time. Cancellation and no-show fees: Fees are applied to cancelled sessions and no-shows. Free cancellation window is more than 24 hours before a session. Paid window for cancellations or no-shows is 12 hours before a session where you will be charged 10% of the class price.
