The method
Decompress and unwind with in-person and online classes. Ground yourself through a low lit class and experience a reconnection with your mind-body-soul at the end of the day. Explore intentional movement at a slowed down pace to tap into your own capacity at any beginners stage of practice.

Root to Rise
A 60-minute Yoga Class for Beginner/Intermediate Yogis seeking mindful movements to unwind and relax after a long day.

We teach intentionally with modifications for your level of practice so that you can feel grounded and uplifted at the same time.
This flow starts by rooting ourselves in the here and now.

Located in North London Venues, don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle for the ultimate yoga experience.
For added comfort, feel free to bring a blanket for a cosy shavasana.

Candle-lit Yoga
Feel grounded and uplifted through this well rounded flow.
We practice intentional movement, modifi'd for each level of practice.
​​​Description: This flow starts by rooting ourselves in the here and now. Starting on our backs, we work our way though positions that explore and gently warm up to find balance and breath in our movement, making space for ourselves. As we build on the flow, we arrive at the peak in floor-based or standing positions and move through balances that will be familiar to you from the beginning. ​Suitable for all levels.
